Best chicken fajitas I have ever had. Good service, good portion size, good medium salsa, and decent prices.

They didn't bag our food right so we ended up having their salsa all over our food by the time I got it home. When I called and spoke to them the young girl said she put the lid on right and it wasn't her fault. When I ask to speak to the manager, it sounded like a young kid that basically said the same thing saying that since it happened when it left the restaurant it wasn't their responsibility. When we looked through the order we got we didn't even get the sour cream that we paid for.

Excellent service, food was good. Even though it was lunch hour service was quick and meals were brought out promptly. Chips were thin and crisp, exceptional. Salsa had good flavor. Will be returning.

The salsa was hot. I ordered the Mexican chicken salad. It did not come with any dressing. It had too much cheese and the chicken was dry. Nice atmosphere.

One of the most decent Mexican food places around. Best salsa around Wichita Falls (restaurant is located north, 10 miles in Burkburnett). And it's endless chips and salsa the whole time!

Awesome staff, great food, fun atmosphere for the whole family. Happy hour ALL day on Wednesdays.. Daily Lunch specials Monday - Friday from 11:00am until 2:00pm. 2:00pm to 6:00pm is Happy Hour daily. You won't regret your decision to try Carlitos!!

Excellent food! We had the combo fajitas and every bite was delicious! Our waiter was attentive and made certain no one ran out of their soda or tea. This was our first visit here. We had seen something on the online menu that was not in the menu at the restaurant. They went out of their way to meet our hopes and it more than met out expectations. We look forward to our next visit there! Thank you again, Carlitos, for an excellent dinner!

I stopped in while I was out this way. Lunchtime burrito was phenomenal. Serving size was big enough for a 2nd meal, but it was too good and I ate it all in one meal.

I don't understand what the appeal is here. We have eaten at Mexican restaurants all over the country and honestly the food here is not good at all. The salsa was runny and tasteless. My enchilada had a strange flavor. Do not recommend.

I consider Burkburnett to be lucky to have a place like Carlitos in town. I thoroughly enjoy the quality, variety, and price of the food, drinks, and service.

The best Mexican food but I think I’ve ever had. My wife is a Mexican foodie and she couldn’t say enough about the Green Sauce!!!This is A very special place. I hope everybody takes the chance to come down and enjoy amazing amazing food.

Great food great service, great prices, couldn't even finish the quesadilla at lunch. Had a snack for later. If you leave dissatisfied it's on you.

We went here during the so-called pandemic of 2020, so I cannot speak for the interior of building. We went through the drive-thru and the staff member we spoke with was very friendly and helped use through the menu as we had never eaten there prior. We ordered the fajitas, 1 chicken, 1 beef. The meet and veggies were cooked to perfection and the tortillas were still hot when we got back to the house. I would have given 5 stars but the salsa was bland.

Always worth the drive. Fantastic Mexican food, great chips and salsa, reasonable prices, and always quick friendly staff. I make the drive from Wichita Falls to Burkburnett at least once or twice a month just to eat here!

The food is phenomenal especially the Fajitas and their enchiladas. Staff was great and they really try their best to take care of you. DEFINITELY will come again!!!

I came here after hearing about it from some friends. The enchiladas were honestly the best ones I’ve ever had and the beans are definitely what sets them apart from other Mexican restaurants.

Very friendly staff. Great food, hot sauce and chips delish . Guacamole some of the best I've ever had I had nachos...had to leave 3/4s of them, Jon had the Mexican pasta and was impressed. That's what I'm having when we go back.
